Shipping and Returns
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Some products on this site ship directly from the manufacturer located outside of the USA. According to the US Customs and Border Protection website, some fees may be associated with the importation of 3D printers and associated accessories. These fees depend on the country of origin and range from 0 to 14%. 3D Printer Universe does not guarantee that such fees will or will not be charged, and will not be held liable for any of these fees. All import fees, duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. If the buyer refuses to pay the import fees the package will be returned and a refund will be issued less ALL shipping charges (includes both original shipping and return shipping costs).
Cancellations & Refunds:
To cancel an order or request a refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item to be canceled or returned. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. If returns are accepted, the buyer pays all return shipping costs under all circumstances. Returns may also subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
3D Printer Universe will not accept returns once the packaging has been opened.
3D Printer Universe does not accept returns of 3D printers once they have been used. You will need to work with the manufacturer to get warranty support or replacement.
The following items may NOT be returned to 3D Universe:
- Items from orders that are over 30 days* old (from date of purchase *Some items are subject to 14 day return policy. See product description for details.)
- Used items
- Discontinued items
- Items from discontinued vendors
- Items not purchased from 3D Printer Universe
- Items missing the original packaging
- Downloadable software products
